Us

Gurleen Walia Patisserie and Boulangerie is a company that deals in providing food service to hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs, events, and weddings. The company is a cloud kitchen model, based on a digital kitchen. The products range from Patisserie, Boulangerie, and edible sculptures. We deal with both off-premises and on-site catering.  We strongly believe in the research and development of new products and also offer seasonal menus.  

We are also ready to launch an all french retail menu which will be a subsidiary of the same cloud kitchen.

GURLEEN WALIA

Head Chef

Undergrad in hospitality management, certified from Ecole Hoteliere de Laussane. Finished masters diploma in advanced french patisserie from ENSP, France. 

Gurleen holds work experience with The Leela Palace, New Delhi; Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai; Constitution Club of India, and Pierre Herme, Paris. 

She has a total experience of 6 years in the hospitality industry.

She also received WSET level 1 and HACCP training

Gunjan is a marketing and operations specialist with experience ranging from being the Founder and CEO of Biratnagar's first Waffle and Coffee cafe to bringing in life her next project that aims to solve instant food problems. She has successfully completed her hospitality degree from Ecole Hoteliere, Lausanne. Working for 6 years in the hospitality industry, she has collected experience from companies including, Grand Hyatt and Radisson. She is currently pursuing her MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
